We celebrated Caryn and CJ Carlson's 30th Birthdays by attending the Journey/Heart concert. In the end we came to the conclusion that waaaaay more people were there for Heart and to be honest, they actually sounded a lot better. journey played all their popular songs at the end and the best part of hearing them was the new lead singer sounded exactly like Steve Perry, only looked nothing like him. Can I tell you the ordeal it was to all get into the concert....at one point, we almost bailed and sold our tickets since the going rate was like 100 bucks for lawn seats. I am glad we ended up staying though and finally all getting in. The concert was a ton of fun, though I think they over sold it by 1000 tickets, no joke. We really had like grass/dirt seats...but were in good company so that was all that mattered!

Don't Stop Believing, can you tell I only know one Journey song. Baby Watts loved the music too and kicked throughout the night to let me know what songs she wants me to add to her nano. Cam especially loved when Barracuda and Crazy On You was played, strumming his air guitar just like in Guitar Hero. Ha Ha.
